5A molecular sieve activation powder for polyurethane, paint and coating

1) Product introduction

Activated zeolite powder is obtained by calcining the original molecular sieve powder at high temperature. Because the original molecular sieve powder loses most of the moisture during the high temperature roasting process, the activated zeolite powder has strong activity and can be directly used in production as an adsorbent with selective adsorption.

A) It is used as an amorphous desiccant in the insulating glass composite strip;

B) When used in polyurethane products (coatings, adhesives, sealants), it can absorb impurities such as moisture that affect product quality without changing the physical and chemical properties of the product itself;

C) In specific polymers or coatings, it is used as a selective adsorbent to adsorb CO2, H2S and other gases generated in the production process;

D) Deep drying of pigments and solvents;

E) Adhesives and sealants.

A) 15kg inner nylon bag/aluminum foil bag, outer carton.

B) 90kg inner nylon bag, outer sealed iron drum; 20KG cardboard drum packaging.

4) Precautions

A) Do not open the package when it is not in use, so as to avoid failure in long-term exposure to the air;

B) Filling should be done quickly, the sooner the better.
