Molecular sieve for insulating glass

Molecular sieve for insulating glass is based on 3A molecular sieve original powder and other binders as the main raw materials, and a molecular sieve product is specially developed for the insulating glass industry. It can effectively absorb moisture and organic volatiles in various insulating glass interlayers, avoid dew condensation and frost formation on insulating glass, keep insulating glass with good transparency under different temperature conditions, and ensure the use effect of insulating glass. The dew point can reach -60°C.

0.5-0.9mm: Mainly used with automatic canning and narrow aluminum spacers;

1.0-1.6mm: Mainly used with wider aluminum spacers;

1.6-2.5mm: Mainly used with large-width aluminum spacers.

5) Transportation and Storage

Insulating glass molecular sieves should be stored in a dry environment, and dust should be avoided as much as possible during handling. Molecular sieve bags should be re-sealed as soon as possible after use to avoid the molecular sieve absorbing moisture and reducing the adsorption capacity. The shelf life of molecular sieve packaged in carton is 12 months, and the shelf life of molecular sieve packaged in iron drum is 24 months.
